Three Spirit botanical elixirs are served like a spirit, we recommend trying a large serve on the rocks to start (or 2fl oz if you're measuring!), and they work great lengthened with sodas as well as in cocktail recipes. Do not freeze.

Alt-wines, Blurred Vines, are designed to be enjoyed like traditional wines and we recommend chilling in the fridge before serving. Do not freeze.

All of Three Spirit's drinks are packed full of powerful plants, and we keep them unfiltered to maximise flavour and function.

Some haze and sedimentation is normal, so we'd recommend giving the bottle a gentle shake before pouring.

Some people feel good with one large shot (2fl oz), others need two or three.  Three large measures is where we feel it best.As with alcohol, caffeine or botanical tinctures, we suggest people have one serve at a time and figure out what works best for them.

There is nothing in Three Spirit that would make it illegal for you to drive.That said, everyone reacts to our drinks differently and should be responsible for their actions, just as if you were tired, or have had too much caffeine.

We always think it is best to be on the safe side, so advise waiting up to an hour to drive after drinking Three Spirit.

The Livener has high levels of natural caffeine from guayusa and green tea - with 57.5 mg per large measure (1.7 fl oz).For reference, a cup of brewed coffee contains between 70–140 mg of caffeine.

They balance the caffeine with a wonderful natural compound called L-theanine that we isolate from green tea, as well as using multiple adaptogenic plants to bring a mellow clarity, and a pleasant buzz without the jitters. 

In the Social Elixir they have carefully selected extracts of Green Tea, Yerba Mate and Cacao that only have trace amounts of caffeine. In total there is less than 6mg of caffeine per serve of Social Elixir, that is 10 times less than a cup of coffee.

Of course, they've included L-theanine in the Social Elixir too, for its zen-like qualities. 

The alt wine, Blurred Vines - Spark, also contains natural caffeine from guayusa, and has approximately 1/2 espresso worth of caffeine per 2.2fl. oz.

The Nightcap and Blurred Vines - Sharp contain no caffeine at all.

Three Spirit is certified as non-alcoholic.

Their drinks do contain trace amounts of alcohol, just like overripe fruit, kombucha & orange juice (less than 0.5%).

All of Three Spirit's bottles are made of glass and are 100% recyclable.
